If you were offered a million dollars would you take it
if it meant you had to do something morally wrong just to make it
would you abandon good morals and borrow a new demeanor become meaner
tomorrow and put many people through sorrow
it's easy now to say no but if that offer actually arose would you be able to oppose
would this dough change you into a deranged dude
money can have that effect infects like a strange flu
some people will do anything for the fortune and fame
lie steal cheat kill as long as there's something to gain
some abandon friends and family I can't handle these kinds of people
I wish they were all behind bars unable to see the stars only seeing the light of sun through a peephole
The world would be a better place without the human race but since we're here we better try to be more peaceful
and it starts with you and I we can unite and hold onto our integrity and see people here as equal


Verse 2
If you see some one drop money would you give it back
some would not instead they'd just use to give into crack
the same person may like your jacket and jack it from off your back
people with no integrity have no problem doing that
is there really such a thing as a good person
when we've all done wrong in this world that continues to worsen
see no one is perfect and we all make mistakes
we should learn from them and then do what ever it takes to make
sure they're not repeated recurring mistakes are not needed
sadly some never learn and allow their conscience to be defeated
Frantic beats peace again and again
do they even know they have a peace within them
when will they let Peace increase and get the upper hand
will they ever get the beast on a leash is that even in their plan
I hate that I have to be concerned about getting burned
I used to trust every one but now only when it's been earned
I have learned that many play the nice guy act
when really they are like rough waters tipping kayaks
